About Mie and Catherine
We share a deep passion for exploration, the sea, and, of course, yoga. Our paths first crossed eight years ago at the Vinyasa People Yoga studio in Bonn, Germany, where we not only became colleagues but also close friends. Our teaching styles create a harmonious blend - Mie's fluid and dynamic approach beautifully complements Catherine's alignment-focused practice.
