Yoga@Home - ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
During times like these we need to stay centred and calm to be able to respond with clarity and creativity to this new complexity. To me, yoga is an immensely helpful technique to do so. It allows me to take a step back, pause and build new energy - both physically and mentally.
With Yoga@Home I want to give you a space where you can continue doing what you love doing and support you in moving through this time of change with a little more ease.
I will hold live online yoga classes which you can join via Zoom. All you need is: a quiet place at home, your yoga mat, a smartphone, laptop or tablet - and 60 minutes time.

Catherine Khazarian is an experienced Yoga teacher based in Bonn, Germany. She completed her 500hrs SmartFLOW® teacher training with Annie Carpenter and is a certified SmartFLOW® Teacher. Catherine is registered with the International Yoga Alliance as RYT-500.
